Forcing format of date parameter in browser

Hello Community, 

Is there an option to force specific format of date paremeter in paginated report in the service? I know that service uses browser locale, however I would like not to ask end-users to change their browsers locale 🙂 I went through some ideas that I found for SSRS but nothing works.

In this example I would like to set "DD.MM.YYYY" format instead of "MM/DD/YYYY"

The only thing that would work is to convert all dates to text.  As you can imagine that results in horrible UX very quickly.

It does change nothing in my opinion, can you prove it?
