External Users To View Reports on Report Server

Dears, 

How to enable external users to view the reports on the report server? dose power bi have a user management feature or the only solution is to create users in the active directory to view the reports and share with them the link?

Did you achieve this? can you please share your findings/suggestion to allow external users not part of our domain.
