Hi,
In the Paginated Report, there are about 15 columns, but when I export it to PDF or PowerPoint format, only half of the columns appear on a PDF page, causing the remaining columns to overflow and appear on the next page.
Please can anyone suggest on the fixes.

Hi,divyed ,thanks for your concern about this issue.
Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.
Hello,@Lakshmanan1 .I am glad to help you.
I agree with the suggestions made by divyed. Here are some of my additions
When trying to export paginated reports, you need to be careful that the report formatting on export is as expected, there are a number of parameters that will affect the actual export.
This includes the layout of the page (page size and width)
Page breaks on the page to control paging
Checking the width of the report body: make sure that the report body width does not exceed the sum of the page width minus the left and right margins
These parameter details will work together to make the report display and export effective.
You need to check the width of your page and the width of the content of the report design, and try not to exceed the width of the body of the report (adjust the margins of the report)
Report body width < Report page width - (Left margin + Right margin)
Unreasonable settings generally cause some unexpected situations when exporting paginated reports: the table display is accidentally paged or there are extra blank pages.
I hope the following issue and the official documentations will help to you.

Thank you so much Jtian. your solution works for me for PDF export.
But still not working for PowerPoint. Please can you suggest the same?
Also please can you suggest if there is any way to hide the power potion option under export.
Hi,@Lakshmanan1.Thank you for your reply.
After my test, when your paging report layout settings do not make sense, the system will be automatically paged when exported as a PPT (whether the horizontal content exceeds the page width or vertical content exceeds the page size)
I think it has something to do with the maximum display content size supported by default by the Power BI report Builder kind of system, when it exceeds this page size, it will paginate.
I found a similar issue, hope it helps.

For your second demand, unfortunately, power BI paging report does not support this artificial choice to hide the export function, power BI report server as well as paging report for many functions have limitations (many functions do not support), thank you for your understanding and support.
Hello @Lakshmanan1 ,
When exporting an SSRS report to PDF, some common issues that might prevent the entire report from showing include:
1. Page Size and Margins : Ensure that the report's page size and margins are correctly set. Check the report's width and height in the properties, and make sure the sum of the body width and the margins does not exceed the page size.
Action : You can adjust this in the Report Properties under the "Page Setup" tab.
Choose Landscape instead of Portrait for wide tables.
Adjust page size as per need.
2. Content Overflows : Verify that the content doesn't extend beyond the boundaries of the report body. If the width of tables or images exceeds the page size, content might be cut off during export.
Action : Reduce the width of tables or adjust their layout to fit within the page boundaries.
3. Interactive vs. Print Layout :
SSRS reports are often designed for screen viewing (interactive layout), which may differ from the print layout. Use the "Print Layout" view in Report Viewer to ensure that the entire content fits within the page boundaries before exporting.
4. Keep Together Properties :
For long tables or large text boxes, try enabling the "KeepTogether" property for better pagination control.
5. Subreport and Grouping:
If your report has subreports or grouped data, ensure that the subreports' sizes fit within the main report page layout. Grouping settings can also affect pagination.
If your are working on a wide report
After checking these, you should be able to export the report completely. Let me know if you need help with specific settings!
Did I answer your query ? Kindly mark this as solution ! Appreciate your Kudos
Cheers
Thank you Divyed for your suggestions.
