Embeding Power Bi to Sharepoint

Hello Power Bi Community,

I have a question regarding embedding a power bi report in SharePoint online.

To give a little back context, I basically build a report in the power bi desktop Report server version with the primary purpose of uploading it to our report server so everyone in our organization with the link could get access to the report. This report needs to be manually refreshed and uploaded to the report server since my organization doesnt allow for external databases to have access to our network thus not allowing scheduled refreshes in the report server. I was however yesterday asked by my boss if we could embed the power bi report into our SharePoint online.

Below are my questions about this situation:

1) Can you embed reports into SharePoint online without using the power bi cloud service (In the Microsoft Documentations I only saw instructions to embed reports into SharePoint online for the power bi cloud service). Would it be possible to embed the report server page that the report is currently on into SharePoint online? Cause at the moment the report is not in the cloud service of Power Bi but simply on my laptop.

Thank you very much for your help in advance!

Stay safe!

2) I saw that if you embed a report in sharepoint online all users must at least have a power bi pro or power bi premium license to see the report. Is there a workaround available for this so that even users who don't have a power bi license can see the report?
