Hi,

Is it possible to embed power bi report server single visual into web application or mobile?

I know it possible in power bi server, I wonder if possible in on prem version:

No this is not possible in the on-prem version. The power bi embedded functionality is only available in the cloud version.

You can embed onpremise Power BI Report Server PBI report (with single visual), see:
