Embed Issue - Constant Authentication

Hello everyone,

 

We embedded a report to our intranet for constant display on a monitor. After going to the specified URL, we are prompted to sign in and everything looks great. The issue we are having is that some time later (haven't exactly pinpointed the interval) it requests to sign in again. I have added auto-refresh to the webpage it is hosted on for every 5 minutes thinking that would keep the session going but it doesn't appear to be working. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way around the constant authentication requests? Thank you in advance!
