Email not received

Hello,

 

I have a problem with the Power BI service subscription system.

What happens is that when I subscribe to colleagues with or without pro licenses, within the same organization, but the emails never sent to our emails. Not even my owner gets emails from Notifications.

You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
