Dimension Table of emails

Hi, good afternoon,

I am very new in DataWareHouse, please can yo give me advice,

I have a fact table from a select where i have got two rows, one raw by any incident, which columns than identify the caseid and the productid which has produced the incident, one product has generated two incidents.

The problem is when i select a query than returns me by any incident the id of the email that the user sent to communicate the incident.

Of course i have my DimensionMail, which a primary key that is the id of the email and a column that is the email, of course is a varchar colum, buit i am a little confused with the results, i mean the number of rows in the 2 fact tables.

Please have a look at the squema, i thin is correct, buy i would like your opinions.

Thanks a lot IMG_20180222_202504.jpgIMG_20180222_202523.jpgIMG_20180222_202611.jpg
