Change data source on SSRS Power BI

We want to be able to change the data source in an uploaded PowerBI report from SSRS. We can change credentials but the data source change is disabled. We need to do this so we can manage promotions through dev>acceptance>production.

Sadly we are unable to do this currently. The only way we have found is to change the source each time in power bi desktop and upload that to your different environments. Very anonying until they allow the data sources to link to existing data sources which should solve the issue.
