Hi all,

Please let me know if PBI could do an individual record report of a single record. Like an individual costumized file, where i could add data fields, decide position of them and export all to a paginated pdf.

It is possible ?

Hi, @diogolf 

Use Power BI Report Builder .Connect to your data source (this can be the same data source you use in Power BI Desktop).

Design the Layout:

Add fields (data elements) from your dataset to the report.

You can position each field manually, allowing for complete customization of how the data is displayed.

Filter for a Single Record:

You can create a parameter that allows filtering down to a single record. For example, you could use a RecordID or some unique field that the user can input or select to filter the data for just that record.

Once the report is designed and filtered, you can export the report to PDF with the exact layout and details you specified.

Just missing one detail. How to link from PBI to this report?

I have a table of records and showing record details by drill through in a new page. I'm wondering if it is possible to show a specific individual record by drill through selected filters. Like a custom URL, ex:

https://www.domain.com/recordpage/001
https://www.domain.com/recordpage/002

Last question, this information is displayed in PBI report like a page, or this represents another plattform?
