Customize List View

Hello,

 

is there any way to customize the List View or create an custom List View for End Users? The 'Size', 'Modified' date and 'Modified by' columns are not really interesting for users and i would like to remove them. On the other hand a "Last Run" column for scheduled reports would be interesting.
