Creating Report Subscriptions using SOAP/REST API from external application(SOA)

Hi All,
Migrating 3000+ reports from legacy BI tool to Power BI report server which has applications integrated

• Use case: Whenever a customer application is received, it has to send a particular report over email and to file share at the same time which is done using SOA - SOA calls the existing BI tool and creates schedules dynamically and using peak hours it will have more than 100+ report schedules.

SO need help on the below

1. what is the number of subscriptions that can be created for a RDL in PBIRS - 24 is for PBI service
2. we have SOAP API and REST API calls for schedules in PBIRS, any clue what should be the order of the methods to be used for creating a subscription
