Create refresments

Good afternoon,

We are tyring to create and and schedule refreshments but we are getting the following error 

we have two different types of databases: google spreedsheet and synapse, anyone who can help?

Hi @miriambb ,

Please download the report and open it in Power BI desktop, go to Query Editor, refresh data to see if any message pops out. Also please go to the Data Source Settings, click on Edit Permission for  data sources points to  databases, ensure all privacy level is Organizational. and retry refresh it.

unfortunately I already tried that and it didnt work... do you know anything else that perhaps I could use?
