Hi @Anonymous ,

For creating Power BI paginated reports for D365 Sales, please refer:

How to Connect Power BI Paginated Reports to the Dynamics 365 CE Database (Common Data Service, MS Dataverse) | Solutionade

For emailing this report as a PDF every month,

1. Paginated reports in the Power BI Service:

In general, the process is the same as subscribing to reports and dashboards in the Power BI service.

But there are some differences and considerations, please check: Considerations for paginated report subscriptions.

2. Paginated reports in the Power BI Report Server:

Please refer to this post: How to Connect Power BI Paginated Reports to the Dynamics 365 CE Database (Common Data Service, MS Dataverse) | Solutionade

There's a post that provides the setting steps in detail.

Please check: Setting up Email Distribution of Paginated Reports in PBIRS: A Step-by-Step Guide (hitachi-solutions.com)
