Create Email Subscription for Power BI Report Server (On Premise) Not asking about paginated reports
Hello Everyone, Hope you are doing great. I want to setup email subscription(get daily emails of the pages of reports) on my Reporting server (on premise). As per Microsoft docs we can't do it (Comparing Power BI Report Server and the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn) as of August 2022. See attached image. Can someone tell me if it is available now/any workaround to have the email subscription? Note: this question is not regarding subscription of paginated reports.

Good day! Please help us with issues that are very important for the implementation of company reporting. We have a local Power BI Report Server (2025) 1) Subscription functionality - as previously written in the community, only supported for reports with pagination. Is the situation similar at the moment? Will there ever be a subscription to pbix reports? How soon can we expect this? A very important function - competitors have it (for example, Tableau) and it is quite developed in functionality. 2) Support for a composite model (when in one data model for different sources different modes - Direct Query and Import). It is often necessary to use DQ for the SQL Server database, and import for reference books. This is not possible now. 3) When will xls file support finally be built into PowerBI Desktop RS by default? Now you have to install a separate AccessDatabaseEngine component for this, which receives monthly updates. 4) Is it planned to create user groups to provide access to reports? Now everything is configured via Active Directory server, which is managed by other teams - we have to interact and there are a number of problems. It would be much more convenient if this functionality moved to the report server side. (This is how it works in tableau, I really like it).

Hi Team, We develoepd multiple paginated reports and created subscriptions in Power Bi Report server. Could you please assist the logic to extract failed subsctiptions list from audit DB or audit logs. We want to build report to extract the failed subscriptions it helps team to start investigate the issues immediatly and fix the issues.

Power BI Subscriptions using App Audiences
Hello everyone, Is it possible to establish subscriptions for reports (specifically ones already in an app) utilizing the app audience groups that are already setup? I would think this would be easy but I've been unable to figure it you. Google searches have yielded no results. Thank you!

Trigger all subscriptions for a workspace on demand
We have a requirement to trigger all user subscriptions on demand. We occasionally have an issue with our data where we have to rerun subscriptions...typically caused by either a delay in database loading or source system rerunning the consumed flat files due to a change. Most report subscriptions are set to run at a safe time, but occasionally we have an issue where we have to run all of the reports at a later time. We are trying to avoid clicking into each report and hitting "Send Now" several dozen times when this happens. These are all paginated reports and go to external users, many of whom are not accessing the front end. I have not found a solution while looking at Power Automate, the Power Bi Rest API's, or the native functions within the service. Any ideas to address this requirement would be most appreciated.

Events 137 and 108 in application log when click on subscription
Hello, when i click on the subscription Link in any report, or Setting>Subscription, the server logs 12 error log entries in application log with no specific information inside. Four with eventid 137 and eight with 108. I checked the log files (RSPortal* and RSPowerBI*) but there´s only INFO lines at the point of error log events. Each subscription works fine after configuration. I use PowerBI RS Version : 1.6.7364.4075 - Jan 2020 Does anyone have an idea where I could get more detailed information about this problem here? Using a relative date as a parameter in Paginated reports
I need to schedule exports of reports in excel/csv to external vendors and partners. These reports are sent at the beginning of each monthly with the prior month’s data as an excel sheet attachment to me. I am using the Paginated Report feature along with the Subscription Service of Power BI Services. Currently, I am manually inserting the dates. Does anyone know a way I could set up these Paginated reports with a relative date as the parameter, say previous month; so they run automatically? This feature was available when I created similar output in Reporting Services 2012.

Subscription With Service Account
Hi All, I am trying to create a subscription to a report using a Service Account so any member of my team can amend/disable if needed, but I am unable to add email recipients. The Delivery options To: field is greyed out with the Service Account name. Does the Service Account need to have any specials rights to allow for this?

Cant see email Delivery option in Power BI Report server Paginated report
I cant see email delivery option in Power BI report server paginated report when i am trying to create subscription, i can see only windows file share option is there anything that i need to enable to do see the email delivery option. I have SMTP server details in Report Server configuration manager. But it seems the option is not available. I'm able to see only the Windows file Share.
