Hello Everyone,
Hope you are doing great.
I want to setup email subscription(get daily emails of the pages of reports) on my Reporting server (on premise). As per Microsoft docs we can't do it (Comparing Power BI Report Server and the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn) as of August 2022. See attached image.
Can someone tell me if it is available now/any workaround to have the email subscription?
Note: this question is not regarding subscription of paginated reports.

No you cannot do this. The docs are accurate and the on-prem Report Server does not support subscriptions for pbix based reports even in the Sep 2022 release.
Now that we have updated version of Power BI report server,Is it possible to send email subscription for PBIX file from Power BI report server.
If yes, then from which month version onwards
there is no way to subscribe to report through email, just you can do it for paginated, seem silly but yes, on the same server older version of report (like paginated can be subscribed) but not the new reports. onpremises have lot of limitations
how silly when so many features missing and with lot of limitation on-prem, still you get over tableau in every year gartner magic quadrant chart, feel something fishy, out top managment ask us to migrate from tableau to powerbi due to high cost in tableau, but analyzing i feel organization should stick to tableau if they have been using in past.
