Connection power bi server error

When I use poweri bi desktop to connect to the server, I cannot open the file or folder '/'. The file may have been moved, renamed or deleted

I think you may be having a permissions issue. 

You have to grant the user permissions to the server 

 

under an admin account, click the cog go to site settings then security and add the user you want to use
