Can't connect to PBIRS with PowerBI Desktop onn different server

I have PBIRS March installed on an Azure VM with ports 80 and 1433 open. I can connect to PBIRS with SSMS and from the URL just fine. I am using basic authentication.

 

I cannot connect using Power BI Desktop optimized.

 

Can anyone offer guidance?
