Bookmarks via query string

Is there a query string parameter that will invoke bookmarks?  This would help so I do not need to create multiple versions of the same report for different displays (for instance print-mode) of the same report.

While this isn't officially what we're looking for, I saw the the service does use a querystring for the bookmark when you select it.  It looks like this: 

...?bookmarkGuid=Bookmark61b4492652b7841e1128

You would need to get the id of the bookmark (which would be clunky to deal with across environments), but it's something
