Hello everyone, I have a question abount the dataset autoupdate.
We have some datasets connected directly to a postgresql database locatted in a rds of Amazon.
If I try to update those dataset manually I have not got any inconvenients but the autoupdate is not working.
This is the error that shows me,
Error del origen de datos An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Npgsql.Tls.ClientAlertException: CertificateUnknown: Server certificate was not accepted. Chain status: A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider. . at Npgsql.Tls.TlsClientStream.SendAlertFatal(AlertDescription description, String message) at Npgsql.Tls.TlsClientStream.ParseCertificateMessage(Byte[] buf, Int32& pos) at Npgsql.Tls.TlsClientStream.TraverseHandshakeMessages() at Npgsql.Tls.TlsClientStream.<GetInitialHandshakeMessages>d__43.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at Npgsql.Tls.TlsClientStream.<PerformInitialHandshake>d__72.MoveNext()'. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: calendar.
Does anyone knows how to resolve this?
Thanks in advanced
Hmm, You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Ok thanks, but in the Issues section there is not an issue like this, neither solutions for similar issues with aws and PostgreSQL.
Does anybody had to connect AWS with PBI? I can not believe that can not be done, every other BI tool has it.
