Hi Everybody
Please assist me, I am new to PowerBi Report services. I have started designing a report based on a Powerbi data source.
I have 2 Tables - Company and Shareholders. Thank you for your assistance.
Output
I want the report to have first a table showing the company details. A second table below will show its shareholders only ( based on the Company selected)
Parameters: ( 2 of them)
1: Drop box of complanies as per data input in parameter 2, which is a Next Review Date. Only companies with Next Review Date <= "User input date ie [arameter 2" gets populated'
In my example, user choses 30 April 2024 in parameter 2, Only CPY A and Cpy B get populated in parameter 1. User selects CPY A and the shareholder table is filtered accordingly.

Hi @Jaweed ,
I have created a simple sample, please refer to my pbix file to see if it helps you.
Create a date table .
Table = CALENDAR(DATE(2024,4,1),DATE(2024,12,31))
Then create a measure.
Measure =
VAR _date =
SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[Date] )
RETURN
IF ( MAX ( 'Table-company'[Next Review Date] ) <= _date, 1, BLANK () )
