An unexpected change of Power BI Report Server September 2019. Can MS give a change log?

After we upgrade to  Power BI Report Server September 2019, All reports link can't work!!!

the link like http://servername/reports/xxxx?rs:embed=true work fine on old version Power BI Report Server May 2019

Why???

at last, we find MUST use http://servername/Reports/xxxx?rs:embed=true then can work.

MS tell me please where can I know this change before I do upgrade? because your change, we must do very huge work for change all URL those we already release to end users.

or this is a bug,you will fix it?and when fix?

This issue is fixed now, please update to version 15.0.1102.620 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=57270
