Here is my entry to QuickViz Week 2 - Scatterplot
My scatterplot allows the user to choose 2 different agent-level call center metrics to plot agents on. You can select any number of teams and date ranges.
Agents in the "green" quadrant (bottom left) are awesome
Agents in one of the two "yellow" quadrants are good in one of the two metrics
Agents in the "red" quadrant are struggling with both metrics.
The median is used to divide the quadrants (could easily be changed to mean instead)
Hovering over a point will give you a sparkline of performance by day for each of the selected metrics
