zip code database

Folks: 

I am looking for a dataset that has United States zip codes and information on the town the zip code represents.  I'm finding several low cost or free solutions that are "almost" there.  The one piece of data I can not find is municipality.  It is common for 1 town to contain multiple zip codes and multiple town "section" names.  (I have come to understand these are referred to as a census designated place.  It has it's own name, post office, zip code - but no municipal government.)

My home town is such a thing.  Cos Cob Connecticut has it's own zip, post office and even boundary's.  But it is governed by (and people pay taxes to) Greenwich Connecticut.

Is there any data source that will contain that maping?
