I am trying to integrate my worksnap account to power BI to analyze data in real time in power BI, however, not able to do it. The worksnap web service authentication token is available but not able to get the data connected to power bi.

Any guidance on this would be really helpful.

What error message do you get when you connect to the data source via "Get Data-> Web" entry in Power BI Desktop? After you enter URL and Http request header parameters, Power BI Desktop will lead you to authentication page, where you can choose "Basic Authentication" and enter username & Password.

No. But after you connect to the data source and create reports in Power BI Desktop, you can publish the reports to Power BI Service.
