The 64-bit version of the Access Database Engine OLEDB provider may be required to read this type of file. I am using one drive as data base. after refreshing I am getting above error.how can i fix this error.

Maybe you need to change the format of the file from ".xls" to ".xlsx".
Or you need to check the bit-version of Power BI and Office.Make sure they are same.
