the power query editor not working and see as blank sheet

When I click the " from table range" or "blank query" from get transform data under the data tab. . The screen is blank (plain sheet) and can not see anything such as fomula bar, tabel, tabel name. I use office 365 update linsence version and I can not found the Power Query Add-in, in the COM Add-in. How can I slove for that.Screenshot 2024-12-09 211214.png

Quick Fixes for Blank Power Query Editor in Excel

  1. Update Office

    • Go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now. Restart Excel.
  2. Reset Power Query Settings

    • Close Excel. Navigate to:
      %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Power Query\
      Delete the UserSettings folder. Reopen Excel.
  3. Enable Power Query Add-In

    • Go to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage COM Add-ins > Go.
      Check if Microsoft Power Query for Excel is enabled.
  4. Repair Office

    • In Control Panel > Programs > Microsoft Office, select Repair (Quick or Online).
  5. Disable Hardware Acceleration

    • In Excel, go to File > Options > Advanced > Display.
      Enable Disable hardware graphics acceleration.
  6. Update Graphics Drivers

    • Open Device Manager > Display Adapters, update drivers, and restart.
  7. Reinstall Office

    • If all else fails, uninstall Office, restart, and reinstall it.

Hey!

 

I do all the step. But not changed. I reinstall the office 365. But that not any change. The query editor show as plain sheet.
