register gateway failed

after installing the powerbi gateway - personal i have the next message "Register Gateway Failed"

I tried different solutions but nothing gives the solution.

This is after updating to windows 10

Is this still happening? Is it showing any other error messages? Have you added any data sources to it yet? If not, try uninstalling it and re-installing the Gateway.

unfortunately the problem is still there. After installing de gateway and starting it, I can give my azure account. After that the gateway tries to start. A little moment later there is the message "register gateway failed"

I uninstalled the gateway few times en reinstalled it. But still the message is there.

This problem started after the update to Windows 10. Perhaps it has nothing to do with the update
