Hi everyone! I'm looking for a way that allows the end user to be able to change the database access parameters. Let me explain better, I inserted some parameters via "Edit parameters" and I would like there to be an object in the report that allows the user to change the name of the database without much difficulty. Is it possible to do this? As? Thanks to whoever will help me!! I'm desperate.
Hello @miri9980 ,
In the Power Query Editor, replace the static database name in your connection string with the parameter you created like example -->> Sql.Database(ParameterName, "TableOrQueryName")..
I have shared 2 of the links below which might help you..

Thank you for your answer but my aim is to enable the end user to change the database through an easier way. Isn't there an object or filter that allows to change the parameters directly from the dashboard, after it has been published?
