minimum amount is -8 and i want to exclude it on card visualization

minimum amount is -8 and i want to exclude it on card visualization 

 

i need the miniumum amount to be >= 12 

i tried to write a measure using IF function but i failed. PLEASE help

Try this measure:

Measure 3 = CALCULATE(MIN('Table'[payment]), 'Table'[payment]>=0)
