i have added data in the datasource sheet however it is not reflected on the query of the Power BI

i am adding data on regular monthly basis to my facttable , however since two months the new updates on the data source sheet in not reflected on the query of the power BI  although i tried to refresh the data in Power Bi several times , clear the cache ..do you know what could be the problem?

Please check the refresh history to confirm whether the refresh was successful, and verify that the correct data table is connected.

hello thanks for your reply, i checked all of that already and still the data not refreshed.

i am adding sales data in an excel  sheet in rows by end of every month and i got used they already synchnronized while i refresh data in Power BI , yet since October the data can't be reflected in power BI

Power BI has no memory. How are you adding your data?

i am adding my sales data in an excel sheet that was uploaded to Power Bi, by end of every month i add new rows for the new sales and everything used to work well , just since two months i don't know what happened , the data is not reflected on Power Bi although i tried to refresh and clear cache ,,
