the number in the excel cell is 12.333333333 but what i see in power query is 12. What I need to do to see the exact number in power query?

Remove all "Changed Type" steps and then set the type of that column to "Decimal".
Note - as with all floating point math there will be inaccuracies at the lower end of the decimals.
