how do i refresh my source data from PowerQ

I'm using sharepoint online,

I am using powerQ to go to my sharepoint online folder. I've got a filter set so that it sorts by date and only keeps the 3 newest files. Then it appends them. Very simply task.

I wrote these steps when there was only 1 file in the folder, knowing i was going to add more files. Now I've added more files and the output is exactly what i expect. It appends the 3 newest files.

However... the odd thing is that when i go to transform data and look at the applied steps. It still only shows the single file that was there when i write the steps. The output is clearly caturing the three files. But the source still only shows the 1. Is there a way i can refresh the source step so that it shows the actual three files?

There is a Refresh Preview button in the Home tab in Power Query. See bottom screenshot in this article:

If for some reason it still will not show the files after refreshing as @AllisonKennedy suggested, you might need to clear the Power Query cache, which is in options.
