Hi team,
i have browse gallery where the staff can view the submission but its keeping the old submission on the top and the new one down. i don't what formula i should use or what a step i can do to make the list order from new to old.. can any help please!
in browse Gallery1 in Items i have this formula
SortByColumns(Filter('HUB2 Shift Daily Report', StartsWith('Name (Title)', TextSearchBox1.Text)), "Title", If(SortDescending1, Ascending,Descending))
in onSelect for the edit icon i have this formula
EditForm(EditForm1);Navigate(EditScreen1, ScreenTransition.None)
and in visible i put this formula because they have only three days to edit
If(ThisItem.Date>=Now()-3,true,false)
If your formula, you're sorting the records by "Title" (note the reference to "Title" in your call to SortByColumns). If you want the newest records to appear at the top, you'll need to change this so that it references a date column in your data source. You'll need to specify "Descending" if you want the newest records on top.
