can we change the color of text with logic ?

For Data labels in PBI, if the position is set to AUTO, then the text sometimes comes inside, sometimes outside.

Can we change the coler of the text to be different when its showing outside to when its showing inside the bars ?

the reason I ask is due to the bars color (say we are using BLACK for TEXT, and the bars color is#00687F), sometimes the text shown inside the bards get really tough to see for users.

If you enable the data labes option, it automatically will color the value outside with black and inside with white and will all be clear.

for me its not doing so. its still keeping black inside as well.  I am using in a bar chart 

any specific option to enable please ?
