admin access

I have an Cloud O365 Site where I have loaded an excel file into Power BI. I am trying to schedule a refresh of the data but it says that the data scource has not been set up in the admin center. (see message below)

"OnPremise error: Sorry, the data source for this data connection isn't registered for Power BI. Ask your Power BI admin to register the data source in the Power BI admin center. Correlation ID: 2a432408-95dc-4353-bce2-7f2be3519efa"

When I click on Power BI Admin center..

I get the following meassage

"You are not authorized to access this site. Please login as a different user or contact your administrator"

How do I get access to the admin center (who is the Admin user) or how can I schedule the refresh.

@MattC  It seems you are using Power BI for Office 365. You can login from Admin credentials who have uploaded the Excel source file and refresh the same using Data Management Gateway

Yes, I am using Power BI in Office 365.

I uploaded the file using my credentials but when I try to schedule a refresh for it,  its fails as it is not set up by an admin.... but I cannot log in as an admin... how do I access the Data Management Gateway
