I have access to three Webtrends profiles. I have successfully connected to one of those in Power BI. The other two connections fail after starting to get data. The error states "We couldn't import data from Webtrends". I then have the opportunity to click on Technical Details. In IE11, I am given Activity and Request IDs and a Status Code of 400. In Chrome, I also get the Activity and Request IDs, but then the Processing error states "The operation is canceled by user."
I am being told my access to the Webtrends data is the same for all three profiles. Any suggestions on what may be stopping 2 of the 3 profiles from connecting to Power BI?
