Using Blank Query to Identify Max Quarter in Dates table

Hi all, we are all aware of classic dates table in Power BI. Following is just an example

I want to be able to extract Max Quarter in 2021 in a blank query.

I tried List.Max(Date[Quarter]), however, I got 4 because the max quarter for that column is 4 (Year 2019 and 2020 are full year, so obviously 4 is the max quarter). How do I pull the max quarter for year 2021 (which is 2) using a blank query?

Thank you

From a blank query:

= Table.Max(TableName, "Date")[Quarter]
