Hello -
I have an Excel table that is pulling data from a Power Query table. This table is pulling data from our accounting system via an ODBC connection.
I know how to manually refresh the data in both Excel and Power Query, however, what I want to know is how to have the data refresh when neither program is open.
I am relatively new to Power Query and I am sure this can be done as I have seen it happen before, I'm just not sure how to go about it. I am relatively new to Power Query so maybe I am not using the correct terminology when searching for an answer.
Any help anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Hi @Kylie_C ,
To refresh the data in your Excel table that is pulling data from a Power Query table, even when neither Excel nor Power Query is open, you can use the Refresh All feature in Excel. This feature allows you to refresh all connections and queries in your workbook, including Power Query tables1.
