Update current records and add new records

Hi my question is I have a sales table that has a status column in example on hold, or open or invoiced, this status updates every day as day go by and my second question is how do I add new records to the existing sales table in power query?

1. You can use the Append Queries feature in the Power Query Editor. This feature allows you to combine data from multiple tables with a similar structure into a single table.

2. If the data source consists of csv, xlsx, or any other files, you may consider placing them into a folder and utilizing the folder connector.
