Trouble Getting Geocode data from Bing

I have a list of addresses that require latitude and longitude.

If I use this web query, I get the correct results:

But it returns no data.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

First advice would be to follow the documentation.  Use RelativePath and Query parameters

Web.Contents - PowerQuery M | Microsoft Learn

From there it is a bit of a trial and error as some APIs do not take kindly to the URL encoding done by Power Query.  You may have to experiment with different formats.

The VirtualEarth API does not require the double quotes, by the way,

Find a Location by Address - Bing Maps | Microsoft Learn
