Transform Excel Formula to Power Query

Excel Formula.jpg

I would like to implement the solution above in Power Query from Power BI.
In the end, I want only the data to be loaded that has the value "FALSE" in the "Remove" field. This field is not in the original table.
Thanks in advance

Tom

I have taken a data sample and transformed the excel formula to m-code

Table.AddColumn(#"Changed Type", "Remove Filed", each let
__A = [A],
__B = [B],
__FilterB = Table.SelectRows(#"Changed Type", each [B] = __B)[A],
__MaxValue = List.Max(__FilterB)
in
[A] < __MaxValue)
