I have a questionnaire that i'm using across a group of businesses to test how mature members of the group think their capabilities are. Below is a small subset of the data.
I'm trying to work out how to present:
1. Capabilities at maturity level 3, 2 and 1
2. Which value streams are at maturity level 3, 2 and 1
3. Which areas are at maturity level 3, 2 and 1
| Value Stream | Area | Capability | Maturity Rating |
| Plan and Assign Resources | Defining | Market Research | 1 |
| Sell Engagement | Defining | Advertise | 2 |
| Plan and Assign Resources | Shared | Create Proposal | 3 |
| Sell Engagement | Enabling | Manage Documents | 1 |
Thanks Greg. Method 1 kind of got me going in the right direction. Any suggestions for how I might present things in a more graphical rather than tabular way. Thanks to you I can now present a bar chart of the different capabilities, of which there are actually 64, grouped by maturity level. I'm looking for a next step that would allow me to present say a pie chart showing % of total capabilities @ Maturity 1, 2 and 3.
@Nick211001 So are you saying that you want to display the Capabilities, Value Streams and Areas that are at 3, 2 and 1 or those items that have maturity ratings at 3, 2 and 1 (so exclude something that only has a 3 or a 3 and a 2 rating?
For the first item, you could simply put Value Stream in a table and use the Filter pane to filter to maturity rating 3. Copy and paste the visual and change the maturity rating to 2 in the Filter pane. Rinse and repeat.
For the second method, you could do something like a Complex Selector. https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Quick-Measures-Gallery/The-Complex-Selector/m-p/1116633#M534
