The Web.Page function requires Active Scripting to be enabled

Getting data from  table on a website through excel's power query. Getting the data works fine (most of the time), but when I set one of the columns to numbers (from general) and do a refresh to get the latest data it complains about  "The Web.Page function requires Active Scripting to be enabled"

Active scripting is enabled on my computer, both through group policy and in internet explorere options. Also there really isn't any scripting involved on the page i grab, it's a php generated html table with numbers and charcters only.

Any idea how to fix this annoying error which shouldn't be there in the first place?

Please try to add this website to the Trusted sites zone in IE to check if it works, here are the steps:

1. On the web browser menu, click Tools, or the "Tools" icon (which looks like a gear) and select Internet Options.

2. When the "Internet Options" window opens, select the Security tab.

3. On the "Security" tab, select the Trusted sites zone and then click the Sites button.

4. For the website(s) you would like to allow scripting, enter the address within the Add this website to the zone text box and click Add. Note: If the address does not begin with "https:", you many need to uncheck "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone". 

5. Click Close and then click OK at the bottom of the Internet Options window to close the dialog.
