Test the first Header for specific value

I need to test if the first header of my source file is a specific value. Or how do you get the value of the first header so I can compare it to a specific value

This works

headers = Table.ColumnNames(#"Trimmed Text") as list,
headersContain = List.Contains(headers, "First Name")
