Hi,
I got a list in a sharepoint with some columns formated as mutliple lines, the information shown in the sharepoint is like the following for the Actions Log column
How can I do to see all the historical data and not only the latest one?
Thanks,
yes, that makes sense now.
Unfortunatly I don't know if/how this can be solved. I am getting the same result as you: Only the latest items will be shown.

Hi @PBI_Lurin ,
sorry, I cannot replicate why your're getting all this html-stuff here.
I would expect the result to be a proper table with columns of different results.

Well, the data is coming from a multiple line text column with enriched text formant that allows append data...
basically when you look to the list you see the "View Entries" text on those columns, then you need to click there to see the real data.
Hello ImkeF,
The raw output in power query is shown below, as you see there is no reference to previous information.
<div class="ExternalClassA4089336675447A294EC6AAC5839A6F0"><div>test 12:27 (3rd round)<br></div></div> |
By the way, the connection with the data is like this:
Source = SharePoint.Tables("https://owensillinois.sharepoint.com/teams/MySite", [ApiVersion = 15]),
#"05f2db8b-676c-4b06-97bf-7749e28eac84" = Source{[Id="05f2db8b-676c-4b06-97bf-7749e28eac84"]}[Items],
Hi @PBI_Lurin ,
sometimes this is just a display issue. Try removing non-printable characters by going to:
Transform -> Format -> Clean
Otherwise please post a screenshot of how this looks in the query editor.
