Hello friends,
I want to calculate the seniority in month for our associates. I went through the age function in Power Query but it only have Days, Year which is not worth for me. As I've a large dataset I do not want to do in PowerPivot.
Thanks for your precious help.

You can add a custom column with
Duration.TotalDays([End Date] - [Start Date])/30
I calculate the total days between two dates and divide it by 30 assuming that a month has 30 days.
If this is not what you want, can you provide some sample data and expected output to explain the requirement more clearly?
