Sending data from R to PowerBI

Hi,

I have an R script to collect tweets, calculate sentiments. I would want to create a dashboard using PowerBI showing insights for sentiments. Is there a functionality where I can directly send the final JSON from R to power BI to visualize the results?

The data frame in R which I have is as below:

Hi @vishnuragas,

It seems that you want to create R visual in Power BI Desktop with your R script?

If it is, you should have a good look at this document and follow the steps.

Here is a another video introducing Power BI Custom Visual using R and JSON which may help you.

Best  Regards,

@v-piga-msft My requirement is to create a live streaming tweet analysis dashboard. I did see documentation to do it thru Microsoft Cognitive services. Also, running the R script in Power BI (in the link you provided, creates static visualizations). But, I use the R script to continuously stream tweets and sent them to power BI for creating a dashboard.

I guess creating a custom script for Power BI REST API + Streaming Datasets should do the work.
