Scheduled refresh limit for MULTIPLE reports

I currently have scheduled a daily refresh of 16 reports for my organization. I could see potentially scheduling a refresh on up to 30-40 reports. My license type is Premium Per User.

Is there a limit to the number of reports you can schedule to be refreshed? I understand the limit for a single report is 8/day but I mean for separate reports.

Also, our on-premise Data Gateway is on an AWS EC2 instance. Although I have not run into an issue thus far, could the Data Gateway struggle to refresh all of these reports at the same time? I would schedule them all for 2 AM.

Apologies in advance if this has been posted before but prior posts I found dealt with the limit for a single report, not multiple reports.

Thank you

Hi @Inception951 ,

For a resource-consuming behavior like refreshing, it has a complex algorithm behind it to calculate. But when the consumption at a certain point exceeds the threshold assigned by the license, the policy delays or denies the request for the next step.
Power BI Premium capacity load, overload, and autoscale
Understand your Fabric capacity throttling
--I would schedule them all for 2 AM.
For resource-consuming behaviors like scheduled refreshes, we recommend that you spread your time over a larger window to reduce the probability of triggering a throttling strategy. Of course this will also reduce the pressure on the gateway and data sources.
You can refer to best practices here:
Data refresh in Power BI
Finally correcting reports that reside in PPU Workspace can be refreshed 48 times a day.
