Hi all!
I have an issue with Amazon Redshift Connection. I`ve created connection and got data through Amazon Redshift connector on PBI Desktop and was able to refresh data manualy but after publishing my report to PBI Web I can not get autorefresh I`m getting cridential error like this:
Failed to update data source credentials: ODBC: ERROR [08S01] [Microsoft][Amazon Redshift] (10) Error occurred while trying to connect: [SQLState 08S01] could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "redshift.greenhouse.io" (XX.XXX.XXX.XX) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5439? could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "redshift.greenhouse.io" (XX.XXX.XXX.XX) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5439?
That kind of problem is it? Is it Microsoft side or Amazon?
I saw such kind of problem early in 2016 but it was mentioned that problem with autorefresh is solved..

The above error is related to account permission or firewall, please check if you enter correct credential for the data source in Power BI Service, and if your firewall accepts inbound connections over the port that you configured for your cluster.
